Privacy notice

Small, careful data collection for a private soft launch.

Breemaia is in a review and soft-launch stage. This notice explains what the public website collects today, what it does not collect, and how access requests are reviewed.

Calm twilight landscape representing careful privacy review.

Website requests

What the website collects.

The request-access form asks for only the information needed to review whether someone should receive a preview, review copy, pilot conversation, or partner follow-up.

Contact details

Name, email, role, organization if relevant, city/province or region, and how the person heard about Breemaia.

Review context

Access type requested, who the request is for, professional role or relationship, optional work email, and optional verification link.

Technical context

The website may store page URL, browser user agent, and country from Cloudflare request headers to help review and protect requests.

What not to send

Do not include private health details.

Please do not submit journal content, crisis details, diagnosis details, private teen health information, or anything urgent through the website form. If someone may be in immediate danger, use local emergency services or a crisis line.

Current limits

Prototype privacy wording stays careful.

Breemaia should not yet claim full legal compliance, Canadian data residency, or clinical-grade privacy review until those have been confirmed by the right advisors and vendors.

Local-first app direction

The app direction emphasizes private-by-default and local-first behavior where possible, but public legal claims wait for review.

Future sharing

Future parent, school, clinician, or partner visibility should be consent-based, transparent, and limited.
