Home & check-ins
You don’t need the
perfect words.
Choose how you feel, from “Not great” to “Great.” Bree acknowledges your check-in and offers an optional starting point. You can take it, browse, or do something else.
These are authored responses to what you select—not an assessment or a diagnosis.
One small thing for later.
Tiny Plans live in Home’s “More for today.” Choose a suggestion or add your own small plan, then mark it done when it is.

Worry Shredder
Write if you want, then feed the paper through the shredder.
Journal
Words, a drawing,
or a starting prompt.
Write a reflection in your own words, use a prompt when a blank page feels difficult, or draw. Revisit saved pages when you want.
Your private journal stays on this device. You choose whether to talk about any of it with someone else.

Growth · Your Story
Notice what
you return to.
Look back at Care Days, week and month patterns, things you tried, practiced skills and what you marked as helpful. History and milestones keep a record of your visits.
These are personal reflection and engagement records—not a grade, a measure of recovery or proof of clinical improvement.

Bree’s World · Chapter One
A familiar place.
Little things that stay.
Enter from Growth. Explore the Sanctuary, Care Garden, Constellation Sky, Lantern Path and Observatory.
Care Days add lasting growth; saved reflection moments become stars without showing your private words. Completed Tiny Plans add stepping stones. Tap the scene’s objects to look closer.
What you have added stays when you take time away. Future rooms are visible as possibilities, not open destinations or a customization studio.

You · personal controls
Make the space
work for you.
Choose a name and avatar, adjust how Bree supports you, and decide which sounds you want. Reduced motion, high contrast and rounded or system text let you adjust the experience.
Privacy & app lock includes a local PIN, a data download and deletion controls. Extra theme choices are not active yet.

A little room for thoughts that are yours.
Private reflection. Real connection.
Your words stay
in your space.
Journal entries and personal app content are stored locally in that browser or installed app. There is no parent, teacher or clinician journal dashboard.
You can choose what to discuss with someone you trust. Sharing a conversation does not give them access to your entries.
An unlocked device can reveal what is on screen. Clearing site data can remove saved content. You includes PIN, export and deletion controls; a downloaded copy needs care too.

Bree is company.
People still matter.
Help and Safety connect you to real-person resources and a personal safety plan. “Calm now” offers a short optional activity; it is not emergency support.
If you need more than an app, reach out to someone you trust or an appropriate local service. Breemaia does not monitor your safety or send crisis alerts to adults.
