Privacy notice
Breemaia is in a review and soft-launch stage. This notice explains what the public website collects today, what it does not collect, and how signup and separate inquiries are handled.
Private journal entries and reflections stay in the browser or app installation you use. Local controls include PIN, export and deletion.
Your writing → local app storageNot a cloud backup. An unlocked device or exported file needs care.
Signup, inquiry and feedback forms send their submitted information to the relevant online services. Contact messages are sent by email.
Your submission → the relevant signup, feedback or contact serviceThese are separate from private app content. Do not include journal entries or urgent health details.
Website requests
App signup collects email, an adult age band and consent for new users, plus limited operational information to protect sign-in. The separate website inquiry form collects contact details and a high-level message.
For inquiries: name, email and inquiry category. Do not include private health information.
The high-level message you choose to send. Inquiries are sent through our email service to the Breemaia team, separately from app signup.
Cloudflare processes verification and technical request information to protect forms. App sign-in keeps limited request and access records; it does not send your private journal content.
What not to send
Please do not submit journal content, crisis details, diagnosis details, private teen health information, or anything urgent through the website form. If someone may be in immediate danger, use local emergency services or a crisis line.
Tester feedback
The tester feedback form asks for an invited email, broad role and age group, device and session range, areas tried, product ratings, and optional comments. It does not ask for an exact birth date, diagnosis, journal content, mood history, safety-plan content, or crisis details.
To review usability, trust, visual quality, privacy and safety clarity, performance, and the changes testers want first.
Structured responses are stored in Breemaia's protected Supabase review queue. Cloudflare protects and processes the form, and Resend may send the confirmation email.
Do not include private health information, another person's information, journal entries, crisis stories, or anything urgent.
Current limits
Canadian-only data residency and clinical-grade privacy certification are not established. Contact us with questions about your information or the services used to process it.
Private journal entries and reflections are stored in the browser or app installation you use. A local PIN can protect access on that device. Clearing site data can remove local content; this is not a cloud backup. Account access and explicit forms use separate online services.
There is currently no parent, school, clinician or partner dashboard into private journal entries. Any proposed sharing feature would need its own clear description and consent before use.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion questions, email [email protected].
